Celrase™ for Cellulite

by Shane Crafton

When purchasing any weight loss product, it is important to do your research. Many people are exchanging their opinions about Celrase on DietBlogTalk.com

Overview

Celrase™ targets the usually problem areas such as the legs, arms, and abdominal area. This product is applied twice each day so it's fairly convenient and easy to use–it rubs on like any other lotion. The manufacturer claims that it not only destroys cellulite but it reduces body fat–as much as 2 inches in 3 weeks. Celrase™ purportedly works on contact and produces results in a few short days. They also claim that the product has a special delivery system that allows the formula to penetrate the skin, even to deep layers. The official website doesn’t have much information about the ingredients, but they do list them.

Ingredients at a Glance

According the creators of Celrase™ formula it contains Aminophylline, Forskolin, Yohimbe, caffeine, and vitamins A & E.

Ingredients in Focus

The manufacturer doesn’t discuss the ingredients in detail but they do list them. Aminophylline was originally produced as an asthma medication, and is still used for that purpose today. While doctors were treating patients they noticed that the patients they injected with Aminophylline were losing weight. The problem was the side effect–it left a crater in the skin. The doctors soon discovered the treatment could be used effectively for weight loss if it was applied in lower doses topically. It has been known to cause some side effects such as headaches, diarrhea, and nausea.

The other ingredients are part of their proprietary delivery system. Yohimbe is known to improve blood circulation and is generally used as a sexual stimulant.

Forskolin stimulates cells.

Celrase™ also contains caffeine which stimulates the skin and allows the formula to penetrate the skin. Vitamins A and E are necessary for healthy skin.

Positives

•    There is no surgery required with Celrase™.

Negatives

•    The main ingredient is known to have several side effects.

•    This product is a very expensive treatment.

•    The ingredients are not natural.

Final Thoughts

Cellulite removal is an important finishing touch to a complete diet. While the treatment may be effective the ingredients used have very unpleasant side effects. Aminophylline is an asthma drug that is used to relax the airway and make it easier for the individual to breathe. However, applying it to the skin causes cellulite to disappear. The manufacturer doesn’t say exactly how this works. They suggest that diet and exercise improve the benefits of this product, but they don’t state that it’s necessary. Diet and exercise, however, are still the only proven means of weight loss. Combining these with a known fat burning supplement may produce the same results for a lot less money.
