Celebrities go on television showing us the million dollar homes, car collections, wardrobes, and jewelry items that they have acquired. Meanwhile there are still people starving in the streets, and children going hungry all over the country. It is crazy how people only think about themselves.
Many aspects of the concept of beauty are, in agreement with the aforementioned definitions, unhealthy. Few would argue that cosmetic surgeries can be risky, that scores of cosmetics on the market are "not conducive to good health" and that many of the worst offenders, weight-loss products, are "dangerous."
