How to Pick the Best Weight Loss Program Fast Without Failure

Want to know the secret to picking the BEST weight loss program for you? If you are like MOST of my readers, the truth is……we ALL do, right?

The number #1 reason, in MY view why so many of us continuously fail throughout our lives with losing weight is due to picking dieting programs that are DOOMED to fail straight out of the gate.

Picking a weight loss program that WORKS is FAR easier than most people think, and has MUCH more to do with you and YOUR negative habits, ideas and mental processes than it does with the diet itself. With that in mind, let’s take a quick look at MY simple process for getting OFF the weight loss wagon and getting the kind of body (and reflection!)you so desperately deserve!

Step #1: STOP the Analysis Paralysis

Think studying EVERY possible permutation and idea of weight loss philosophy is going to help you lose weight? It’s not….and if ANYTHING, it’s going to slow you down. Fact: The LONGER a person takes to PICK a program to follow, the LESS likely they are to EVER lose any serious weight.

Step #2: Mental Mirroring

What do YOU look like at your ideal weight? What does life look like….taste like, SMELL like? How does your husband look at you, your co-workers, or your kids? Picturing yourself in the space of actualizing your “perfect” you is a VERY powerful technique for gaining momentum and MAKING it happen. It’s made a WORLD of difference in my life, and I’m betting it will do the same for yours.

Step #3: Pick a Proven Plan (No More Fad Diets!)

Probably the MOST important step…..simply pick a diet that is PROVEN to work! No more esoteric and exotic ideas you read at 2am, or saw advertised on the back of an alternative wellness magazine. Might those work for SOME people? Sure…..but they NEVER have for me! Stick to MAINSTREAM programs that are doctor endorsed and PROVEN to be effective for other people JUST like you….and you simply model, emulate and PATTERN their path to the same success yourself. And THAT’S the BEST way I know of to get rapid results!
